The Center is headed by a director who receives guidance from the Center Board. The organizational structure is shown in the diagram below:
The Board is chaired by the Dean of Engineering. It consists of one representative from each full-member industrial sponsor, the Center director, and up to three additional university representatives. The Board reviews and approves broad policy decisions concerning such matters as the annual research objectives and program, the operating plan for the Center, the proposed budget for the Center, and the long-term direction and thrust of the Center.
