Billiekai is a proven leader and administrator with over 15 years of dedicated service at the University of California, San Diego. She is currently the Executive Assistant to for the Center for Wireless Communications. Her expertise spans C-level administrative support, strategic project management, and operational optimization, consistently delivering efficient and effective solutions. Beyond her university roles, she is a distinguished non-profit leader, having served as President of the San Diego Women Veterans Network, President of Unity San Diego, and as Chair of key UC San Diego staff and veteran associations, significantly expanding membership and establishing vital resources. Billiekai possess a business master’s in executive leadership and has a strong track record of community advocacy and award-winning leadership. Additionally, she is an accomplished poet and serves as one of the editors of the San Diego Poetry Annual.
